Nice to meet you! Meet our team...
The Zealous Good team is small but mighty. We're all here because we believe in making it easier and more meaningful for charities and donors to connect. Bascially we all want to make the world a better place and have fun along the way. Please say hello!
Brittany Martin Graunke, Founder & CEO (firstname.lastname@example.org)
While she was born in Chicago, Brittany moved nine times across five countries before her family settled in Dallas. Brittany returned to the Midwest to study industrial engineering at Northwestern University. Before starting Zealous Good, she worked at Bain & Company as a management consultant and United Way of Metropolitan Chicago as the strategic engagement manager. She is passionate about people (which she credits to her nomadic childhood) and using engineering to make the world a better place. Brittany also loves spending time with her wonderful husband, Jerry, running with their dog April, and starting the occasional sporadic dance party.
Jesse Mavi, Director of Operations (email@example.com)
Hailing from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, Jesse is a senior at Northern Illinois University studying Finance and Social Entrepreneurship. Before joining the Zealous Good team, he was a resource development intern at Opportunity International and is a member of Young Ambassadors for Opportunity. Jesse also has interned at Panzanzee, an up and coming social enterprise incubator. In his free time, Jesse enjoys running, playing golf, watching basketball and would like to try yoga sometime this winter.
Ali Kelley, Community Manager (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Ali grew up in Connecticut dreaming of big city living. She first fell in love with Chicago during a semester studying at The Second City Theater. After graduating from Eastern Connecticut State University with a degree in Communications and English, she moved back to the city for further exploring and to search for meaningful work. Ali has worked with several Chicago non-profits including the creative writing center 826Chi and Columbia College's Center for Community Arts Partnerships. When not blogging for Zealous Good, Ali writes for StoryStudio Chicago's blog and is at work on a young adult novel. She enjoys the finer things in life like pajamas that double as jeans.
